Do I need a business to import?+
This process is primarily intended for business imports into Serbia. Tell us your importer status so we can check the requirements for your goods with the logistics partner.

No problem. Choose “Not sure yet”. For a final proposal, the partner will need packing details, which can be requested from your supplier.
Can you combine goods from multiple suppliers?+
You can specify multiple suppliers in your request. The logistics partner confirms consolidation options, warehouse arrangements and costs based on the locations and goods.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?+
Costs and timings depend on your goods, packing, origin, transport mode and service scope. A specific proposal follows a review of your details. We do not display unverified estimates.
Are customs duties and VAT included?+
The proposal clarifies what the freight service includes and which additional costs the importer pays. Duties, VAT and any permits depend on the goods and their customs treatment.
